Terms and Conditions for Voctave Karaoke

 

Purchaser agrees to all points listed in this agreement.

 

I agree, the purpose of Voctave Karaoke tracks is for UNPAID PRIVATE AND PERSONAL USE ONLY. 

 

I agree, Voctave Karaoke recordings cannot be used in any way for financial gain. 

 

Possible examples of unacceptable use of Voctave Karaoke tracks include but are not limited to:

 

• Using on an album/recording in any capacity in part or in whole
• Performance in a paid concert setting
• Performance in an unpaid concert setting (without permission, see below)
• Monetizing a video or audio performance of the song on social media (removing the media after the fact does not preclude the user from this breach, full penalty will result regardless)

 

Voctave can be contacted through their website to acquire certain permissions, including live performances of the song for a performance fee.

 

I agree, if found to be in breach of any part of this contract, a reasonable performance fee plus a penalty of $2500 will be owed by the offender to Jamey Ray Music, LLC in the form of a cashier’s check.  If a Voctave Karaoke track ends up on a recording in any way in part or in whole, the fee will be up to $25,000 at the sole discretion of Jamey Ray Music, LLC.

 

I agree, any breach of this agreement where legal action is necessary, the case will be heard in the state of Florida in the city of Orlando and all laws existing in the state of Florida will prevail.
